This week is a big set for the Ohio State football program. It has a 7-on-7 camp, including several wide receivers that are priority targets for the Buckeyes. One of them is 2023 5-star wide receiver Brandon Inniss of Fore Lauderdale.
Inniss is one of the most sought after receivers in the recruiting cycle. At 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds, he is considered the No. 2 receiver and 18th prospect in the entire class of 2023. according to the 247Sports composite rating. He has offers from almost every major FBS school and has named Ohio State to the top six schools ahead of his visit to Columbus this week.
This, of course, is not surprising. It is widely believed that OSU is now one of the top two schools in Inniss and USC is the other. And with his visit to OSU this week, it goes without saying that you can expect Brian Hartline and the coaching staff to roll out the red carpet and try to make a lasting impression on the talented pass catcher.
We will continue to monitor recruitment at Inniss and see how things are progressing. There is a good chance he will find his way to the shores of Olentanga, as we have seen other top receivers during Heartline’s tenure.
