Aaron Rodgers will break his silence on Wednesday

Packers (current) quarterback Aaron Rogers I haven’t spoken much lately. He will say a lot on Wednesday.

Tomorrow, Rogers will appear on The Pat McAfee Show at 1:00 pm ET.

Rodgers will no doubt be asked about his plans, given the segment kicks off three hours before the start of the league season.

Here’s what we know so far. Sources connected to Rogers (and, yes, Aaron, they say) believe it’s a matter of time before he becomes Jet. It’s currently down to whether the Packers and Jets can make a deal. Faith that they will eventually be.

Frankly, it’s stupid that the Packers let the Jets talk to Rodgers without a firm commitment to what they would say no. Even if the parameters were discussed (and it would be a malpractice if they were not discussed), they clearly did not go far enough.

So what will Rogers get into from this? Will he pressure the Packers to blink? Will McAfee play Mark Murphy’s comments from last week and invite Rogers to respond?

It will be very interesting to see what he says, what he does not say, what he is asked about, what is not asked, and whether he takes into account the reality that over time he will work in a team owned by a family who received their money directly from Big Pharma .
