The long-awaited confrontation between the top 20 Alabama crimson tide as well as Arkansas Razorbacks justified the score last Saturday as it was the most watched game of the weekend by a wide margin. The CBS telecast garnered 5.8 million viewers, more than a million views more than ABC State’s runner-up North Carolina-Clemson, which garnered 4.7 million viewers.

The Tide took a 28–0 lead before Bryce Young left the game with a shoulder injury. After the injury, the Boars scored 23 points and cut their lead over Alabama to 28–23. Without Young, this could have been a very dangerous place for Alabama, but Jalen Milro and Jamir Gibbs took a big step forward to take the Tide out of Fayetteville with a 49-26 win.
