Ovince Saint Preux is once again in need of a new opponent for Saturday night’s UFC 282 in Las Vegas after Antonio Trocoli was forced to pull out of the tournament due to visa issues, several people familiar with the situation told MMA Fighting.

According to MMA Fighting, Trocoli was also dropped from the promotion after being cut from the roster. The UFC is actively looking for a replacement in the coming days.

Trocoli (12-3, 1 out of competition) was set to make his Octagon debut after scoring a first-round goal in Brazil in 2021, more than two years after a troubled performance at Dana WhiteChallenge Series. Trocoli received the contract after he stopped Kenneth Berg that night, but then failed a doping test for nandrolone.

Saint Preux (26-16) is now looking to get a fourth different opponent for UFC 282 at the T-Mobile Arena. It was originally planned that the 39-year-old veteran would meet with Alexander Gustafsson, but then the fights with Brazilian light heavyweights Philippe Lins and Trocoli failed.
