The Bears also signed defenseman Trevon Coley. As appropriate moves, the team abandoned protective equipment. Auzoya Alufohay and security John Alexander.

Kohley has appeared in 44 games with 31 starts since joining the league as an undrafted free agent in 2016. In total, he has 100 tackles and 3.5 sacks in his career. He last appeared against the Cardinals in 2020, recording a sack and three tackles for the club in six competitions.

Kohli signed with the Titans last June but retired in mid-August due to injuries. He was one of five players who tried out for the Bears this week.

Alufohay spent part of the 2021 season with the Chicago practice team. Alexander signed with the Bears as a free agent in May.
