Alabama decided to allow Brandon Miller to continue playing after Tuscaloosa police revealed Tuesday that the star freshman delivered the gun used in the January 15 shooting that killed Jamie Harris. With such a long history, she tracks Miller’s every move. the trial will be under a microscope, but the team does not seem to proceed from that assumption.

On Saturday, the second-place team hosted Arkansas. When Miller was introduced to the starting lineup before the game, he spread his arms while a teammate pretended to pet him.

While some initially pointed out how the home crowd was loud as his name was given, the pre-game routine eventually attracted attention.

The local prosecutor’s office said Miller will not be charged with the crime because Alabama law requires evidence that he knew the gun would be used for criminal purposes. However, many no longer agree that Miller, the Crimson Tide’s leading scorer, is playing for the team.

The National Player of the Year nominee led the team to an 86-83 victory with 24 points. Head coach Nate Oates addressed an untimely pre-game call press conference after the game.

“Before I started working on the game, I noticed that after the game, I learned about our ideas before the game. I think it’s been going on all year. I really do not know. I don’t watch our performances, I’m at this time I compose plays. “Even so, it’s inappropriate, it’s been considered and I can assure you it won’t happen again for the rest of this year.”

DeCarla Cotton and her husband Delvin Hurd are Harris’ parents. Harris had a 5 year old son. The couple vocalized their dismay at seeing Miller on the court, as well as Oates’ first comments about their daughter’s murder. Oates has since apologized for seemingly downplaying the situation and said that Miller was “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

Hurd said that Oates’ rebuttal “meant nothing” to the grieving couple and it is unlikely that his latest comments will mean anything to them. Their attention is still focused on the grandson of Kane. “He is the real victim in all of this. He will no longer have a mother who could influence his growing up and who he becomes, ”Cotton said.
