Bryce Harper returned to the Phillies for the final game Thursday at 4:05 p.m. in Texas.

Harper did not come out of the starting lineup for four consecutive games and did not play at all in three, as he developed a blister on his left hand that became infected.

Harper returned to his regular trio as the designated hitter.

In terms of injuries, it has been another tough season for Harper, who has struggled since early April with a minor ulnar lateral ligament tear that kept him out of the field.

You wouldn’t know it with his stunning offensive production. Harper hit .326/.391/.622 with 21 doubles, 15 homers and 48 RBIs despite missing 10 games. In June, he hit .404 and hit base in 31 of 63 plate appearances.

Here’s the Phillies lineup against Rangers right-hander John Gray:

1. Kyle Schwarber, LF

2. Rhys Hoskins, 1B

3. Bryce Harper, DH

4. Nick Castellanos, RF

5. J. T. Realmuto, C

6. Didi Gregorius, SS

7. Odubel Herrera, CF

8. Alec Bohm, 3B

9. Bryson Stott, 2B

Zach Wheeler, SP
