A severe snowstorm in Buffalo has subsided enough to allow local airport to open. This will allow the Bills to get to Detroit.

The next step is to get to the airport.

This can be the difficult part. Stuck car posts are flooding Twitter. Tractor trailers stuckpreventing rescuers from getting where they need to go.

It’s not clear how this will happen because such a massive snow event can’t happen in an NFL city at a time when players and coaches need to get from point A to point B.

Presumably, Billy will get anyone who can get to the airport today to Detroit, and if necessary, continue the job of getting everyone else to Detroit on Sunday.

Show must go on. The show will go on. There has never been a penalty in the history of the NFL. While the league certainly won’t want to move the Bills-Lions game Thursday to Friday or Sunday, moving the Week 12 game is sure to be a glass-breaking option in case the Bills can’t play Sunday.
