Pittsburgh guard Kalia Kensi has made NFL history.
According to NFL Next Gen Stats, Kensi ran the official 40-yard rush in 4.67 seconds, the fastest time with a defensive tackle on the Combine since 2003. (Timing at the mill was less standardized until 2003.)
At 6’0″ and 280 pounds, Kangxi broke the Alliance record of 4.68 seconds set by Pitt’s previous defensive tackle. Aaron Donald.
Kangxi was an All-American and ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2022. He is expected to be selected in the first round draft.
