Chargers announce eight practices open to the public

The Chargers have announced eight training dates open to the public during training camp. The other two will be open exclusively to Season Pass members.

The workouts will take place at the Jack Hammett Sports Complex in Costa Mesa, California and are free. The fans, however pre-registration required.

The Chargers will head to camp on July 25 and will greet fans on Wednesday, July 27 for the team’s first practice at training camp. Training during the preparation period on Thursday, July 28 and Friday, July 29 is also open to the public.

During the first training camp weekend, the Chargers will celebrate “NFL Boot Camp: Together Again Saturday” on July 30.

After the day off, on Monday, August 1, the team will have their first training session in full uniform. Scheduled full-lined training will resume on Friday, August 5 and Saturday, August 6, ahead of the intra-team showdown on Sunday, August 7 at 5:00 pm.

The last two open practices of the Chargers’ training camp are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 10, and Thursday, August 11, and then on Saturday, August 13, at SoFi Stadium will host the Rams for the opening of the preseason.

The Chargers vs. Cowboys co-op scheduled for Wednesday, August 17 and Thursday, August 18 is for season ticket members only.
