Watch out world. Charlie Woods is good at golf.

While the Presidents’ Cup was in Charlotte, North Carolina, Tiger Woods’ son scored Sunday in the final round of the Notah Begay III Junior National Championships at the Mission Inn Resort in Howie-in-Howie. Hills, Florida. And his father was on the bag to see Charlie’s career fail.

Charlie came out in 1 over, but he played well on his back nine, recording two birdies and an eagle on the 14th par-5 hole to return home at 34 and hit a 68. His close shot went out for the albatross on the 14th.

“When I hit (the approach), I knew it was good,” Charlie said. “When it started to seep down, I knew it would be close, but not that close.”

At the PNC Championship Charlie showed his playing skills next to the Tiger. But he seems to be making a name for himself too.

“Dad told me to be patient. I just played golf,” Charlie said.

Charlie finished T-4 in the 12-13 boys division. He finished 4 overs for 36 holes.
