We are looking straight in the face of a fantastic season of the 25th remnant. I have written many times about how much harder it is for a team to go undefeated at the FBS level than it is for a team to go undefeated. The 2022 season is no different in this aspect, but the speed at which everything is moving is incredible.

It’s not even October yet, and we’ve only got three teams left without a win: Colorado, Colorado State, and Georgia State. Last year, seven were left at this point, leading to a rather boring and predictable chase for the last 25 in the playoffs. It looks like this season is going to be a lot more exciting and I have no idea which team will take home the top 25 title in 2022.
