The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ beleaguered rush attack found new life in Germany two weeks ago against the Seattle Seahawks. Buccaneers running backs Leonard Furnett and Rachaad White combined for 36 carries, with the latter finishing with 105 yards in a 21–16 win. Furnett has doubts about a resurrection, having propelled White up the Week 12 Fantasy Football rankings. The Bucks face the Cleveland Browns, who have lost second in yards this season. Should White be one of your best fantasy football players? Last week, the model was highly praised by running back Tony Pollard of the Cowboys, claiming he would finish in the top 10 in his position. Result: Pollard ran 15 times for 80 yards and caught all six of his goals for 109 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s 40-3 win over the Vikings. Everyone with him on the lineup was on their way to a big week.

This week, the model has one player in high regard: back-running dolphins Jeff Wilson. Miami successfully drew Wilson and fellow running back Raheem Mostert into their offense after trading for the former from San Francisco. However, last week Wilson won a snap call against Cleveland, 42-19.

Last week, Wilson got twice as many carries as Mostert and turned his 17 attempts into 119 yards and a touchdown. He now has one of his best fantasy football games against the Houston Texans, who have given up the most yards this season. Opponent running backs scored the most yards (1,535) and touchdowns (15) against Houston. Even with Mostert’s constant input, Wilson is clearly in the top 25 fantasy runners for model predictions. See who else to target here.

And a big shock: Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks, who has had six seasons for 1,000 yards in the last seven years, stumbles hard and doesn’t even hit the top 50 in his position. Cooks has been attacked at least six times in every game this season and a total of 66 times in nine games, which usually results in the player starting week after week in fantasy football lineups.

However, Cooks only managed 39 balls for 461 yards and a touchdown, and his value appears to be declining after being a fantasy player for almost a decade. He hasn’t had a single 100-yard game this season and is averaging just over 10 points per game in PPR formats. Even in a winning game against 22nd-ranked Miami pass defense, there is simply no target quality, and he is a player who should sit on your bench unless you are limited by hamstrings on the wide receiver. Look who else will disappear here.
