In the latest release Fighter vs WriterBellator 286 fighters Aaron Pico and Max Roskopf will join the show.
After being touted as the top candidate for mixed martial arts, Pico faced more than a few hurdles to reach his full potential after starting his career with a 4-3 record. No one lost hope for Pico, but he still had to rebuild, and now he is on the verge of a title fight with the upcoming fight against Jeremy Kennedy.
Despite all of Pico’s recent victories, is he finally ready to rise to the top of the featherweight division and become a champion? Pico responds to those expectations and also gives some advice to another prospect, Bo Nikal, who received similar accolades early in his fighting career.
Also on this week’s show, Max Roskopf joins the show for the first time to announce his upcoming return to action after signing an agreement to join the Bellator roster.
Roskopf is best remembered for his short stint with the UFC, which ended after he didn’t leave his corner at the end of the second round and was branded quit before being fired from the promotion.
Roskopf ended the fights at that point and had no intention of ever returning to the cage, but what changed and how did that end up bringing him to Bellator? Hear it from Roskopf, as well as his own mental health struggles and how he wants to help fight stigma for other fighters seeking similar help.
