Florida hosting 2024 safety for multi-day visit in April

One of the most promising prospects in 2024 recruitment is the Clearwater Academy International Security Academy. Isaiah Thomaswho hails from Toronto, Canada.

Besides Florida, AuburnCincinnati, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Miami, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, OklahomaOle Miss, Oregon penn state and UCF all offered in the new year. Its list of offerings only grows throughout the year, but Florida may stand out sooner.

Thomas visited the Swamp in January for one of the team’s youth days when the Gators proposed to him, and Swamp247 announced that he would return to the city for another visit during the first week of April. This will be a multi-day visit lasting from April 6-8, giving him the opportunity to see everything the school and program has to offer.

One hurdle Florida will have to overcome is the loss of safety coach Patrick Toney, who was a key recruiter for Thomas. However, there are no hard feelings between Thomas and Tony. He is optimistic about the future of the team.

“I love coach Tony and am very happy for him,” Thomas told 247Sports. “As for me, I spoke on the phone with coach CJ Williams and my opinion is that nothing will change. The new DC will include the same system and they will still have a great support staff.”

Thomas has yet to make it to any of the four major services, so it’s hard to tell where he ranks against other quarterbacks in his class. However, he wants to make official visits in the summer and finish things off before his senior year, so things will move quickly with him regardless of his star rating.
