The Rams know who won’t be their starting quarterback on Sunday. They already ruled out the starter Matthew Staffordwho is on concussion protocol and has a neck injury.
Backup John Woolford missed last week’s game with a neck injury and he was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice.
This is the left third stringer Bryce Perkins take pictures of the first team at work on Wednesday.
The Rams didn’t practice on Thursday, doing only what they called a run, but Woolford was rated as a full member.
So it looks like Woolford is about to start his second game in three weeks.
Perkins played the last two weeks in place of an injured Woolford and in place of an injured Stafford, his first career action.
Listed ram center Brian Allen (thumb), offensive hold Ty Nsekhe (ankle), protective tackle E’Shawn Robinson (knee) and Stafford as non-participants. Robinson will reportedly miss the remainder of the season with a torn meniscus.
