Retired up to 30

MMA Fighting has reached out to Holland’s management for comment.

Holland, 29, last fought at UFC 279, where he lost to Khamzat Chimaev via first-round submission in the 180-pound catchweight division after a last-minute pay-per-view main card shuffle. He has been 2-0 since moving up to the welterweight division after an 8-5 (1 NC) UFC run at 185 pounds that included notable wins over Ronaldo Souza, Joaquin Buckley, Anthony Hernandez and Gerald Meerschaert.

It’s unclear how Holland’s official retirement from MMA competition is due to his reputation for making headlines even when he’s not fighting, from announcing fights through an OnlyFans account to his highly publicized vigilante exploits. If this is the end for Holland, he will end his pro career with a 23-8 (1 NC) pro record after his pro debut in 2015.
