“The main reason is that we will be close to home,” the twins said of their commitment. “Everything is close, and all the coaches wanted us to be on the staff in one way or another. Everyone is nice, friendly and open. It’s a good coaching staff.”

“They are proud of their scientists,” Miles Rubin said. “Each member of their team has a 3.0 GPA. They want everyone to be great on the team. Everyone is working hard and there is a lot of energy in the program.”

The Rubin twins take over Valentine’s first two commitments in the 2023 Ramblers recruiting class. The staff now plans to focus on the backcourt as they favor three-star teammates from the bottom. Brock Harding as well as Thai Pence.

When asked what the program should expect from them as players, the twins said, “They should expect a lot from us. We are waiting for a lot that we stay at home. There will definitely be a lot of energy.”

Miles, who received three stars, is ranked 147th in 247Sports’ top 150 players.
