“I never spoke to Mr. Caspino about Jayden Rashad Ruiz tweeted Sunday night. “Mr. Caspino and I spoke about an unknown player a few months ago and we had a very professional and pleasant conversation. I respect him.”

The NCAA Division I Board of Directors has issued guidance regarding the teams thatall NIL players act as boosters. Even with the NIL, the NCAA still prohibits boosters from paying for players to participate in a particular program.

Rashada promised Miami instead of Florida and others. Florida band NIL, The Gator Collective, posted a statement on social media he will not enter into conversations with Caspino regarding the NIL.
