NFL Hall of Fame induction ceremony 2022: Richard Seymour, Dick Vermeil, Tony Boselli get enshrined in Canton

The 2022 Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony has already begun. In a ceremony starting at noon ET Saturday, six players, one coach and one official will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Tony Boselli, Cliff Branch, Leroy Butler, Sam Mills, Richard Seymour and Bryant Young make up the contingent of players who will hit the gym on Saturday. Dick Vermeil, who won the Super Bowl with the St. Louis Rams in 1999, is the only coach to take over. Official Art McNally, who has been with the NFL for over two decades, will be the first official to be inducted in Canton.

The festivities, which will air on the NFL network, will officially kick off at noon ET, but there’s already been a lot going on ahead of the event. Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner wrote emotional Vermel retrospectivewho coached Warner during his fantastic performance in St. Louis.

There was also drama. Former Buffalo Bills linebacker Bruce Smith fired at Boselli, asking how the Jacksonville Jaguars offensive lineman got into the hall.
