“In terms of hiring, I think they’ll kill him,” Biggins told Duck Territory. Matt Prem, Jared Mac and Eric Skopil. “I saw a bunch of these guys this week at various college shows. I saw Tosh [Lupoi] and coach [Demetrice] Martin yesterday and everyone is very excited. Just talking to these guys, I think they believe they can win the national championship in Oregon and that otherwise they wouldn’t be here.
“These are really aggressive staff. I always say that the head coach should set the tone, and Lanning has always been a very aggressive recruiter as an assistant, as has Mario Cristobal was, so I think it will bring the same level of passion and intensity. And then it’s the staff you hire. Each of these guys [Adrian] Terminals to [Kenny] Dillingham, I mentioned Tosh, this whole group is very passionate about chasing this, enjoying the chase and being active grinders.
