“I went to Arkansas,” Jeffrard told 247Sports before going public with his plans. He made an official visit to Fayetteville last weekend. “My first impression of them was great and I’ve talked to Coach Pittman in the past when he was in Georgia and he hasn’t changed since. He was a great coach then and a great coach now.”

Jeffrard also had opportunities from Duke, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Minnesota, Mississippi State, North Carolina, and Texas. Razorbacks has everything he was looking for in school and program.

“Seeing what Coach Pittman has done with the program and seeing how excited the current players are has given me the motivation to join and build a team to make the class of the team the best in the country.

“I like the location and the overall stage, even though it’s a bit far from home. I didn’t talk much to Coach Adams (back line coach) before my official visit, but I spent a lot more time with him and I knew I wanted him to be my coach when I played at the next level.”
