Jay Norvell moves to the league

Jeremy and Matt are back to announce the 2022 Colorado State football season. The Rams have a chance to be the most interesting team in Mountain West with new head coach Jay Norvell, who comes from Nevada. Hiring Norvell was a shrewd but surprising move by Rams management.

Many players followed Norvell from Nevada, especially on the offensive side. The Rams really need a quarterback to run back and reinforce the offensive line. The talent is there, but there are a few question marks with transfers. Defensively, they brought in DC’s Freddie Banks from Montana and put up a defense that was one of the best at that level.
