Russell Henley put in the hard work early and achieved his fourth PGA Tour win.
The 33-year-old hit rounds 63-63-65 at El Camaleon Golf Club in Mayacob in Riviera Maya, Mexico to open a six-shot lead ahead of the final round on Sunday. Henley went to 1st under 70 to win by four shots, his first PGA Tour victory since the 2017 Houston Open. After Henley missed the cut in his first start of the new season at the Sanderson Farms Championship, two weeks ago, Henley finished the T-45 at the CJ Cup in South Carolina before his victory on Sunday.
Brian Harman finished second in the under-19 rankings, with five under-18 T-3s including Scotty Scheffler, who had a 9 under-62 low round of the day.
The PGA Tour travels to Texas next week for the 2022 Cadence Bank Houston Open at Memorial Park Golf Course.
