Rolesville (NC) High Top247 receiver Noah Rogers showed why he’s the No. 1 player in the state of North Carolina dominating rep after rep. Ohio State and NC State both have 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions with North Carolina, Clemson and Florida State a few other contenders.

Four More Standouts

One of the state’s top two-way prospects in Rolesville’s Tamarcus Cooley shined at defensive back and receiver. Smooth out of his transition, he attacks the football. Minnesota is making a move for Cooley with NC State another program that’s in the mix. Offers from Florida and North Carolina could be game changers.

Pittsboro (NC) Northwood 2025 Gus Ritchey was one of the top defensive linemen at the camp and was also a tough cover at tight end. Georgia, Michigan and Oregon are among the early offers for one of the state’s top young prospects.

Waxhaw (NC) Marvin Ridge athlete Cole Searight was terrific all day long, brings great size to the secondary with good speed. He took home DB MVP honors.

Charlotte (NC) Christian High’s 2024 Christian Vann was one of the more impressive prospects on the hoof. His change of direction ability was evident. Vanderbilt, Duke and Louisville have him on the radar.

Around The Camp

Millbrook High’s 2023 receiver Ty Broughton won position MVP honors with his ability to separate and strong hands. Appalachian State and Liberty are a couple of the programs that have invited him to camp.

Clayton (NC) High 2024 quarterback Josh Anderson flashed velocity and touch as one of the top signal-callers at the event.

Clayton (NC) High 2023 offensive lineman William Coats led his position group with a powerful punch and good athleticism. He’s a strong player at the point of attack.

2026 linebacker Luke Faulkner took home position MVP honors.

North Myrtle Beach 2025 offensive lineman JacQari Witherspoon was another standout at his position group.

Clayton (NC) High 2024 edge rusher Jordan Caldwell was the defensive line MVP and has twitch as a pass rusher.

2026 quarterback Camden Minter couldn’t be missed among the quarterback group.
