Trevor Zegras adds to absurd highlight reel with slick between-the-legs goal

The Anaheim Ducks didn’t make their fans too happy in the 2022-2023 season as the team had already set their sights on the Connor Bedard prank.

Trevor Zegras is still a player to watch whenever he’s on the ice, and the 21-year-old scored one of the best goals of his young career in a 5-2 loss to the Seattle Cracken on Tuesday.

Less than a minute into the second period, Zegras received a nifty pass from teammate Ryan Strome in the offensive zone and then landed a terrific shot between the legs to block Seattle goaltender Philip Grubauer for his team. leading 21st goal of the season.

Such moves are nothing new for Zegras. Anaheim is currently seventh in the Pacific Division with 50 points in 64 games. If the Ducks remain in place in the standings, they will have 9.5% chance get the first pick in the 2023 draft this June.
