USA TODAY Sports’ latest bracketology as regular season draws to a close

As the regular season draws to a close, Florida basketball remains far beyond USA TODAY Sports braces An update written by writers Paul Mayerberg, Eric Smith and Eddie Timanus. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to Gator Nation considering their team currently has a 15-15 overall record as well as an 8-9 record in Southeast Conference competition.

Florida’s next opponent will be their final regular season rival. LSU Tigers, which they host at the O’Connell Center on Saturday, March 4th. LSU currently sits last in the SEC standings and is also nowhere to be found in any predictions. The game is scheduled to kick off at 6:00 pm EST and the game will be available to watch on the SEC network or listen to on Gator Sports Network.
