Pefok scored last week on his Union debut in a 2-1 extra-time win over relegated Chemnitzer.

He has now scored in a derby at the Alte Forsteray that has netted him two goals in two games for Union since his move from the Swiss side Young Boys.

Pefok scored 42 goals and added nine assists for Young Boys in two seasons after stopping his Ligue 1 career at Stade Rennes.

The big man’s potential is high and Gregg Berhalter will have to keep an eye on a player he appears to have sacked after a couple of mistakes in World Cup qualifiers.
