Hayden Buckley, who made it to the 17th hole in the stadium on Thursday in the second group, hit the first hole.
Buckley rolled in a wedge from 125 yards and made an 11th ace on the legendary par 3.

The Eagle moved Buckley 3 under par in the Players Championship. He also hit par-4 18th, his ninth hole of the round, and par-4, the first to take a solo lead.
It was the second hole of Buckley’s career, according to the PGA Tour, the first coming in the first round of the 2021 Shriners tournament.
